What does same day delivery mean ?

We offer a flat rate of $10 delivery for all our orders & if the order is placed by 2pm our couriers will have it delivered before 6pm that day.

What happens if no one is home at the time of delivery ?

Our Courier will make a decision as to whether it is safe to leave at the recipients door. They will take your delivery notes and the weather into consideration.

Note: If the recipients property is gated or a dog is present the flowers will also be bought back to our studio if the recipient does not answer the phone.

Flower Care

How do I care for my bunch of flowers?

How exciting! you’ve been lucky enough to receive one of our beautiful bouquets, please un wrap the bouquet gently, removing all the papers, use a pair of cutters to snip the ends of the flowers on an angle, this will refresh the stems and allow them to drink better. Place into a vase of clean water with a cap full of bleach - refresh the water every 2-3 days. Keep out of direct sunlight & Away from any air-conditioning/heating.

How do I care for my floral arrangement in Green foam?

How exciting! you’ve been lucky enough to receive one of our beautiful arrangements. Please keep the floral foam moist at all times by topping up with water each day. Keep out of direct sunlight & Away from any air-conditioning/heating.

I’d like to customise my own bunch, how do I go about organising this?

If you would like to customise your own bouquet/arrangement please email us via our connect page and we can assist you there - please note we will need at least 2 days notice for specific colours/flowers.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with the flowers you have received, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your purchase, or 24 hours of receiving your flowers with photos & We can assist you further.
